Our Basic, Medium, and Corner Lot plans are designed for single-family home lots. If you have a commercial property — office, HOA, retail, or rental portfolio — please request a commercial quote instead. Commercial properties have different pricing and are not covered by these plans.

We'll confirm your lot, schedule your first quarterly application, and get you set up. Terrascape properties with spray weed control are handled case by case.

What's included in every visit? +
Every visit includes mowing, edging along all hard surfaces, and blowing off driveways and walkways. No partial visits — every service gets the full treatment.
Do you offer a full service lawn care plan? +
Yes — our Full Service plan includes bi-weekly mowing, edging, and blowing on every visit, plus shrub and bush trimming, and quarterly granule fertilization and weed control applications. It's a complete lawn care package starting at $100 per bi-weekly visit for lots up to 5,000 sq ft. Contact us to get started.
Does your lawn care include fertilization and weed control? +
Fertilization and weed control are included in our Full Service plan as quarterly granule applications — typically in spring, early summer, late summer, and fall. Our basic plans (mowing only) don't include fertilization or weed treatment. Terrascape and specialty properties that require spray weed control are handled case by case — contact us for details.
How much does full service lawn care cost in San Marcos? +
Our Full Service lawn care plan starts at $100 per bi-weekly visit for lots up to 5,000 sq ft, $130 for medium lots up to 10,000 sq ft, and $160 for corner lots up to 12,000 sq ft. This includes mowing, edging, shrub trimming, and quarterly fertilization and weed control — everything handled on one subscription. Contact us to get a quote for your property.
Are these plans available for commercial properties? +
No. These subscription plans are designed for residential homes only. Commercial properties (offices, HOAs, retail centers, etc.) require a custom quote. Visit our Commercial page to request one.
Can I pause or cancel? +
Yes — cancel anytime directly through your Stripe customer portal. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment period.
What if my yard falls between two sizes? +
Email us your address and we'll measure up your lot and recommend the correct tier before you subscribe.
What happens if it rains on my service day? +
We reschedule to the next available weather window and keep your subscription billing in sync. No credits or calls needed.
